Postnatal Wellness Program

Congratulations!!! You’re pregnant or have just had your precious wee baby!
You may be feeling tired, nauseous or a little unwell or maybe you are feeling great and ready to exercise. Wherever you are at, l understand, a lot is going on and there are lots of changes that have been happening in your body and a lot to learn if you are a first time mum. You could also have a gorgeous new baby to care for.
Remember you are important so take time for YOU.
It is difficult to comprehend that working out will give you more energy, but these workouts and eating well will energise you and help you prepare or care for your baby. A healthy, fit mum will cope with all the demands on her time a lot better then a mum who is not looking after herself. These workouts are short and effective, so don’t put them off, do them as soon as you can, when baby or toddler is sleeping or in the morning when you are not as tired, if you are pregnant.
Listen to your body, challenge yourself if you are up to it, but don’t overdo it. As this site develops we will add new information all the time, updating and adding anything of value we think will help you. We have nutritional help and advice and healthy, quick recipes for busy mums that kids will love, lunch box ideas and tips for looking after baby or your children. As a mum of three children, I have a lot to share!
I have workouts designed just for you, plus extra workouts too, and fitness and weight loss advice and tips, plus workout plans so you know exactly what to do and when to do it. I know you are too busy to think about what to have for dinner tonight let alone decide on a workout, so if its all too much, I will set a workout for the day and a plan and you just follow the plan.
